21-MAY-25 - FOSTER - 05/21/25 09:44 Foster note: He didn't show any negative behaviors towards men. He would cuddle with my boyfriend all the time. We took Bradley out one night to a local hangout spot and he did AMAZING. There were a couple of times he got anxious and whined loudly, but with a long petting session and calming words he stopped. He also got along with other dogs and all the people there. There was loud live music as well, which he didn't seem to mind.

19-MAY-25 - INTERACT - 05/18/25 Per volunteer: Despite being in an air-conditioned kennel, Bradley was panting when I arrived at his kennel. He was easy to leash and walked with a moderate pull to the play yard. Once in the yard, he cruised around, but was not interested in toys or treats. He came over a few times for pets and enjoyed his time outside. He returned easily to his kennel.

19-MAY-25 - MEDICAL - MEDICAL WAIVER: DENTAL DISEASE, WITHOUT DENTAL What is the medical issue? This patient had moderate to severe dental disease when it arrived at the shelter. What has PRC done so far? This pet's dental disease may have been graded on a scale of 0-4 out of 4, in accordance with the American Dental Veterinary College. This pet was started on any necessary medications (pain medications, antibiotics, etc.) and scheduled for canned food, if needed. Due to the limited resources and personnel at PRC, a dental was not performed prior to adoption. What can the adopter expect? Your new pet will likely need a dental procedure in the near future. Please talk to your primary veterinarian about the costs associated with dental prophylaxis in your pet. This animal will likely need regular dental procedures for the rest of their life. Most pets with dental disease should have routine cleanings that may include tooth extractions every 6 months to 2 years. Comments: Dental disease in cats and dogs is one of the most common health problems seen as a pet ages. Severe dental disease can result in general discomfort as well as pain when an animal eats. Dental disease is also a nidus for infection. Adopters understand they are adoption this animal "as is" and are responsible for future medical care. PRC is not able to provide dental care at this time. *Note: Any memo with MEDICAL WAIVER heading is provided as standardized information about said medical issue. Memo may be edited to reflect individualized patient as needed*

28-APR-25 - INTERACT - 4/25/25 Per volunteer: Bradley came right over to the gate when I arrived and was easy to leash. He walked, without pulling, to the AD yard and ignored other dogs along the way. Once in the yard, he spent time sniffing and slowly exploring. After a few minutes, he came over and allowed petting all over. He had a lower energy and was friendly. He didn’t seem interested in toys, but accepted a few treats. When it was time to go back, he returned easily to his kennel.

He was easy to leash, and he walked well to the yard with a moderate pull and showing no reactivity towards the other dogs. Bradley was friendly and allowed for all pets from head to tail, but did not seek them out. He was not interested in the toys or the treats. In the garden, he explored independently. Back in the yard Bradley stood in the breeze of the fan and accepted more pets. He was easy to return to his kennel and unleash.
