15-OCT-25 - FOSTER - 10/15/25 14:26 Foster note: She has such a sweet demeanor. She will wrap her paws around you and lay her head on your chest. She wants to be near her person at all times. She is still pretty timid and afraid of fast movement or sudden sounds, but is improving. Siama hasn shown any aggressive behaviors, but she does appear to be more afraid of men and needs them to go slow when introduced. She does fine with dogs but is more interested in her person. She will lay in her bed next to me while I work. She gets really excited about food and treats, and will get the zoomies when it is food time. She does still have some accidents in the house occasionally but we are working on it. She is such a sweet and gentle dog who just wants to snuggle with her person! She needs someone who can be patient while she learns to trust again.

30-SEP-25 - FOSTER - 09/30/25 14:50 Foster Note: Siama is doing great! She is learning not to be so afraid of the leash. She is such a sweet and gentle girl! She does pretty well with going to the bathroom outside, but has had a couple of accidents though never during the night. She loves my bed and slept with her head on top of my head last night. My bed has become her safe space since she is not a fan of the crate. She really just wants to be near someone. She does great with other dogs and people, but just needs them to approach slowly since she is still very timid. Siama would do great with someone looking for a low energy snuggly dog that just needs their person. If I leave for a few minutes and come back, she will literally lay her head on my chest as a welcome home. She is a lover!

19-SEP-25 - INTERACT - 09/19/25 14:53 She was avoidant at first when I went to get her but once I stepped in her kennel she went to her bed and let me leash her. She walked nervously right next to me to the show yard. she was timid with her tail tucked and jmped when a noise was made; She laid her head in my lap and allowed me to pet her all over but she never stopped shaking. When a few dogs nearby started to bark she went and hid under the bench but with some encouragement she came out. She walked back to her kennel with her tail tucked and went in and unleashed without any issues JEH
