Comment: 18-JUL-25 - Behavior - 07/18/25 17:18 Dollaz spent the afternoon in the Wellness office. Dollaz did not have any accidents in the office and was not destructive when he was left alone in the office. Dollaz enjoyed playing with toys and he seek attention from the behavior team. Dollaz did jump on a table and grabbed a few toys form the table. Dollaz allowed all handling and petting even when he was holding a toy. Dollaz became vocal for a few minutes in the office when there were noises out of the office.
Comment: 17-JUL-25 - Interact - Dollaz met staff at kennel door with loose body and wagging tail. He ducked the leash a couple times, but was leashed with no other issues. He walked to the play yard with moderate pulling, ignoring other dogs as he passed their kennels. Once in the yard, Dollaz was cruising the yard sniffing until he found a rope toy. He played with the toy and sought pets and play from staff. He was leashed with no issue in the yard, and walked back to kennel with minimal pulling on the way. -GB
Comment: 16-JUL-25 - Interact - 07/16/25 15:48 was easy to leash with Loose body posture. Decent pull in play yard cruised around without paying too much attention to staff. Citizen saw A21 and wanted to start meet and greet, Dollaz did a Meet and Greet with two citizens one female one male. Dollaz had loose body posture and solicied pets from citizens No probelm returning to kennel. LM
Comment: 15-JUL-25 - Interact - 07/09/25 Per volunteer: Dollaz was good to leash and walk to photoshoot with some pull on leash. Listened to cues from photographer well and took treats gently. Walked back to kennel and removed leash fine.
Comment: 14-JUL-25 - Interact - 7/10/25 Per volunteer: Dollaz leashed easily, walking with a mild pull, ignoring dogs. He was getting lots of pets, playing fetch, swimming in the kiddie pool and the garden pool, then rolling in the dirt. He was focused during a short training session and was gentle taking treats. He will jump up on rocks to sit and wait patiently wherever he happens to be when he sees me trying to get a photo. He enjoys getting pets frequently in short sessions. He ended his time laying near me in the shade with a toy. He walked well beside me back to his kennel.
Comment: 14-JUL-25 - Interact - Dollaz was difficult to leash, he was jumping at the gate and pushing on it when staff approached to leash. Once he was leashed, he had a slight pull to the yard. While in the yard he had a loose body, wagging tail and accepted pets from staff. He was easy to walk back to kennel and had no problem returning.

Comment: 10-JUL-25 - Observed - 07/09/25 Dollaz was sitting by kennel gate when GP approached. Dollaz sat watchful of GP but did not move until treat was presented, then took treat gently by hand. No reaction as GP and DJ walked away. -DJ

Comment: 22-JUN-25 - Interact - 06/20/25 Per volunteer: Dollaz took off quickly and pulled hard on the way to the garden. Once there, he chased a tennis ball, picked it up and carried it into the pond. After that he alternated between swimming in the pond and chewing the tennis ball in the shade. He accepted pets but didn't seek them. He pulled less on the way back to the kennel.
Comment: 18-JUN-25 - Interact - 06/18/25 14:02-Dollaz greeted staff member at kennel gate with loose body posture and wagging tail. Was able to leash and remove from kennel without any issues. Seems to pull hard on leash when walked. Does not seem to show much interest in the other neighboring dogs. Upon entering yard, Dollaz cruised around and then walked to staff member to seek attention. Towards the end of the interaction, Dollaz played in the kiddie pool and splashed around. Was able to place back into kennel without any issues. MS
Comment: 11-JUN-25 - Interact - 06/05/25 9:44am: PER VOLUNTEER Dollaz was easy to leash and walk to the garden. He enjoyed running the yard, chasing toys and swimming in the pool. After several swims to play with and retrieving toys, he ran under the gazebo to roll around, getting covered in mud. He came over several times to get pets and treats, between swimming and playing. He was very affectionate. He stood quietly to be hosed off when play time was done. He walked well beside the volunteer in the lot and back to his kennel.
Comment: 11-JUN-25 - Interact - 6/10/25 Per volunteer: Dollaz was very easy to leash and walk to the yard. He chased after me in the yard and solicited attention. He went back to his kennel easily and was not reactive to other dogs.
Comment: 20-MAY-25 - Foster - 05/20/25 16:19 Adventure Tail: Dollaz is a handsome dog. He pulled me quite a bit early, but then did settle into a calmer pace. He’s enjoyed the walks, but he definitely enjoyed the coolness of the clubhouse floor. He would plop down on the floor almost immediately upon entry. There he solicited and received lots of belly rubs. How could I resist?! Dollaz has a lot to offer. He is smart. He is very playful. He definitely wants to please his people and that will help in his training. Dollaz is in some ways a big puppy. He has all the sweetness and much of the “puppiness”. Stop by the Hillsborough Pet Resource Center and meet Dollaz. You might fall in love and take home your new best friend.
