Comment: 20-MAY-26 - Interact - was easy to leash had hard pull. In play yard dog was avoidant of staff then staff started to play with dog. Macho then loosened up but was still a little avoidant. Saw a female volunteer and jumped onto fence to greet her. Allowed pets when in catch pen no issues returning to kennel. LM
Comment: 16-MAY-26 - Interact - 05/16/26 16:06 Dog was standing at the kennel door when staff approached. He was easy to leash. Dog would plant if he wanted to stop walking, but he made it to the yard without issue. In the yard, the dog cruised around. He allowed petting all over but did not approach staff for pets. Staff threw a tennis ball and the dog chased it. The dog became fixated on the tennis ball and would not move away from it. Staff had to get rid of the tennis ball to take the dog back to the kennel. There were no other issues. - NS
