I also advised her to make an appointment with their rDVM to follow up with them. GPC 06/11/26 16:43 Spoke with P1422974 gave the deadline of 6/12/26 COB 5pm. Also stated that we will give her a list of vets. EF

03-JUN-26 - Medical - MEDICAL WAIVER: TOO YOUNG FOR RABIES VACCINATION This dog or cat was exempt from a rabies vaccination, as determined by a licensed veterinarian. The veterinarian has examined the animal and certified in writing that vaccination (at this time) would endanger the pet's health or risk inefficacy based on age, disability, illness, or other medical consideration. In accordance with Hillsborough County Ordinances, this animal must be vaccinated against rabies as soon as health permits and/or appropriate age is reached. *Note: Any memo with MEDICAL WAIVER heading is provided as standardized information about said medical issue. Certain pets in the care of Pet Resources and/or their records may not be available for adoption or release pending a determination of ownership rights and/or legal consent, such as during stray hold times or active abuse investigations. Please be advised that the County will maintain copies of all medical records produced while the pet was in the County’s care and custody and may release them to the public, if requested.
